Todd Gentile was responsible for “an emerging pattern of social media posts threatening to shoot law enforcement officers,” the prosecutor said.

Gentile had been in the Bergen County Jail following a similar arrest for making terroristic threats earlier this month, records show.

He remained held Friday pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
